Service Description

Yoga supports you throughout your pregnancy to keep you fit, healthy and prepare you for giving birth through movement, breath and relaxation. During our classes we will also discuss labor and delivery coping mechanisms, how breathing techniques, postures and natural remedies can help you go through labor. You will feel more informed, knowledgeable and empowered about your pregnancy, delivery and parenthood.
