Being a mom means being extraordinary. Growing a life from your own being, giving and nurturing life with love and amazing dedication makes all moms special.
While we read plenty of books on pregnancy to prepare for the arrival of the little one, there is not so much talk going on about the transformation to motherhood. While giving birth is like a sprint-race for most of us, maximum power in a short period of time, parenthood is like running a few marathons, non-stop. It brings a huge amount of change to each of the family members and sometimes it gets difficult to maintain a state of inner and outer well-being while tending to the child(ren), chores, etc.
During the course, we will share our own experiences of motherhood, will listen and be heard by others and create a sense of understanding and awareness of our own motherhood.
Each week we work around a certain topic to get a better understanding of yourself. During the second part of the session, we practice yoga to get the energy moving in the body, release tensions and stress, get a deeper connection to our being and find the way back to inner peace and harmony.
